　　· Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

　　· Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in applicable state

　　· American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers

　　· 1+ years’ experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a hospital setting.

　　· Additional certifications may be required.
