　　Job Description

　　Selected candidate will work on 2024 HR Projects. This HR Intern position will be located at the Bosch Corporate Research location in Sunnyvale, CA reporting to the local HR team, currently working in a hybrid work environment. Expected to be in office a minimum of 2 days/ week and additionally as required.

　　Tasks include, but are not limited to:

　　Conducting candidate presentations

　　Responsible for local intern program

　　Assist with site activities and community outreach

　　Participate in social media & recruitment optimization activities

　　Input HR records into the HR system

　　Qualifications

　　Must be pursuing or have received a MS degree in Human Resources or related field

　　GPA 3.0 or higher

　　High degree of proficiency using Microsoft Office

　　Able to handle confidential information

　　Highly motivated and takes initiative

　　Comfortable with public speaking

　　Has strong time management skills and meets deadlines, able to prioritize tasks

　　Extremely detail-oriented and organized

　　Team-oriented and has excellent relationship-building skills

　　Able to work independently

　　The U.S. base salary range for this intern position is $25.00-$34.00 hourly. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, type of degree, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, type of position, job location, etc. Your Hiring Manager can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
