Purpose of role:
Create innovative and engaging learning experiences that support the development and growth of our people, and business.
Designs learner experiences for the integration of text, graphics, animations, videos, and interactions for these offerings; ensures materials follow development objectives/outcomes and exhibit best practices for visual and interaction display to support omnichannel learning.
Key Accountabilities:
Design learning solutions for omnichannel access, in line with agreed branding; utilizing Instructional Design principles to develop exceptional high quality and impactful training programs, tools and materialsInput to design of scenario-based and interactive simulations for omnichannel access, and of innovative interactions for augmented reality, virtual reality and MetaverseWorks closely with internal/external SMEs (with expertise in specific business domains, and/or in Learning & Development) to design content, storyboards, and related instructional elements for incorporation into programmesProduce high-quality eLearning course material, including videos, PowerPoint slides, graphics, diagrams, interactive pdfs, quizzes, and assessmentsSupport the improvement of existing online training tools, particularly developing innovative solutions to support virtual training delivery in low resource settings, including mobile technologies
Candidate Requisites:
Evidence of ability to create engaging and interactive virtual learning assets, with very good experience in Video Production/editing .8+ years experience in Learning design, working in global engagementsExpert in using innovative course authoring tools e.g. Articulate, Captivate, LectoraKnowledge of and experience applying eLearning technical standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)Advanced prioritisation skills
