　　Duties: Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics to solve business problems. Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. 10% domestic travel is required.

　　Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, or in a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, or in a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

　　Position required skills: 4 years of experience in the following with a Bachelor's degree OR including 2 years of experience in the following with a Master's degree: Programming languages including Python, R, or SAS; Data structure and visualization using Tableau; Data reporting and modeling using advanced SQL; Working with on premise or cloud-based data tools including Teradata, Snowflake, or Jupyter Notebook; Building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot, and MS Excel; Advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, data tables, and PowerPivot.

　　Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $110,594.00 to $140,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
