Must have active A&P license and ability to lead other mechanics
• Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and execute repair of company aircraft 737, 747, 767, 777
• Accomplish aircraft inspections per company procedures
• Proficient in use of electronic test equipment, voltage or amperage measuring, recording devices and navigation troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics and technical orders
• Inspect and assist in maintenance of company equipment and tooling
• Work as a member of a team that will interface with contract maintenance personnel
• Follow safety measures, good shop practices and cleanliness standards
• Communicate discrepancies to Maintenance Control department found during inspections and follow directions to troubleshoot and repair faulty conditions
• Provide on the job training to maintenance staff as assigned by line manager or station manager
