　　Customer Service Representatives are the front line of Susquehanna Community Bank and are responsible for processing personal and commercial transactions and providing fast and friendly customer service.

　　Job Duties

　　Performs duties relating to customer transactions, including but not limited to, receiving checks and cash for deposits, processing mortgage and consumer loan payments and counting and packaging coins and currency.Promotes and explains other services the Bank provides, such as deposit products, customer convenience services and consumer and mortgage loans.Prepares and maintains various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports.Requirements
