　　Summary

　　This position is located at the 95 acre property on Bogus Basin Road. Candidates will need to be able to handle steep slopes, 9 hours days in the sun, lift at least 50 pounds, and have general knowledge of landscaping maintenance and/or irrigation sprinkler systems.

　　This is a seasonal position that will run from March to October.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Operate handheld gas trimmer, hedger, pole saw, and backpack blower to perform daily grounds maintenance duties

　　Operate walk behind gas mower to perform daily grounds maintenance duties

　　Operating sprayers to treat grounds with needed herbicide and fertilizer

　　Operate a tractor mower with training provided

　　Possible irrigation repair and excavation

　　Collection and removal of debris around the property

　　Perform general building maintenance tasks

　　Be able to use a ladder, shovel, rake, pick, broom, and general tools

　　Operate a ATV or UTV on the property

　　Typical Education

　　High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
