Description

We are in the process of recruiting a Plaintiff's personal injury pre-litigation paralegal for our law firm client in Phoenix. The position requires in-office attendance and a candidate who is bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury files from intake through to settlement, including requesting medical records and drafting demands.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the functioning of the team

• Respond to inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service

• Maintain accurate records of client data and disbursements

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Conduct data entry tasks and maintain organized digital files

• Engage in email correspondence to facilitate internal communication and client interaction

• Proficiently use Microsoft Suite tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to complete tasks

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication

• Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in personal injury managing pre-litigation files

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proven ability in performing data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Familiarity with handling email correspondence efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Knowledge of disbursement processes and procedures

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Effective organizational and time management skills.
