Description

We are in search of a part-time Controller to join our team, located in Charleston, South Carolina. This role is centered around the real estate holding industry, more specifically storage facilities. The Controller will play a key role in reviewing outsourced bookkeeping and handling the close. This employment opportunity offers a long-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and overseeing outsourced bookkeeping activities

• Handling the closing process for the financial period

• Utilizing QuickBooks for accounting functions

• Ensuring adherence to budget processes

• Conducting audits as necessary

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Maintaining the CRM and using Crystal Reports for data analysis

• Using 3M and ADP Financial Services for accounting software systems

• Ensuring all accounting functions are performed accurately and on time.

Requirements • Possession of strong proficiency in 3M software

• Demonstrable experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Practical knowledge of Crystal Reports

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
