　　As a condition of employment, all new employees to safety sensitive positions must successfully pass a substance test within a two week period of their hiring date.

　　Duties:

　　A variety of labour and light equipment operation duties, including grounds maintenance (mowing with various equipment, cleaning up wind-blown litter, manually or with self-propelled fan-collection unit, tree watering etc.) and cleaning of equipment with high-pressure wash.

　　Assist with scale operation and general paperwork.

　　Adhere to all safety procedures and policies according to company Safety Manual and OH&S Regulations.

　　Ensuring a high level of quality service to internal and external customers.

　　General shop and yard duties.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Class 5 Driver’s License required, must have a clean driver's abstract.

　　Strong logistical and organizational skills.

　　Ability to work independently or in a team.

　　Excellent customer service and communication skills.

　　Computer literacy required.

　　A criminal record check will be required.
