Description:
Employees will be repairing, maintaining, checking and replacing high pressure control valves for a wide variety of clients across Arizona. Candidates are expect to be mechanically inclined and a strong willingness to learn a new trade. Traveling throughout the year is often required and candidates must be willing to travel when the demand arises. Daily duties will vary. One day could require that your team is using an enclosed and sealed sandblasting box in the shop and the next day could involve repairing a boiler control valve on the roof of a hospital. (will not be on residential structures). A majority of the work will entail working in the field with commercial clients repairing their boiler valve systems on site.

Providing your own tools is not required at the start but employees are expected to invest in their trade as they grow within the company
The work is extremely steady, during the slow season expect to work 45 - 55 hours a week.
During the busy season expect to work 70 - 80 hours a week.
