Description:

　　The QC Lab technician will be responsible for conducting product testing and analyses on cellulose products. The QC Lab technician is responsible for safeguarding product safety and quality while meeting the Plant and regulatory standards, and has the oversight responsibility for a continuous quality improvement program that includes quality control and quality assurance. The QC Lab technician is responsible for ensuring the production and distribution of products meets or exceeds all quality standards. The QC Lab technician also has the responsibility for communicating quality results and the transfer of quality knowledge to the team.

　　Does not necessarily have to have a degree. Someone who has worked in a manufacturing plant.

　　Capable of comprehending and executing SOPs.

　　Accountability and dependability.

　　Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

　　Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.

　　Strong record keeping and computer skills.

　　Ability to multi-task and work without immediate supervision.

　　Ability to work safely in an environment with potentially hazardous chemicals.
