Responsibilities

　　Work collaboratively optimize assays on automated systems, working closely with different teams to achieve goals

　　Lead verification and validation testing for new assays or for assay enhancement projects.

　　Develop new tools and metrics for tracking the performance of automated assays, systems, and associated consumables.

　　Perform instrument repairs and service, inclusive of cleanings and preventative maintenance, for internal instruments.

　　Troubleshoot and diagnose instrument failures through log analysis and service software.

　　Skills and Expertise

　　BS/MS in Science or Biomedical Engineering preferred

　　Strong understanding of molecular assays

　　Prior supervisory experience in a lab or diagnostic development environment preferred.
