　　We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Pricing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies, managing pricing systems and processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing across Zimmer Biomet in EMEA focusing on Emerging Markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Commercial, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with a passion for pricing and operational excellence.

　　How You'll Create Impact

　　Your role will have multiple focus areas within the Pricing team:

　　Pricing Operations Management

　　Pricing Strategy and Analysis

　　Pricing Governance and Compliance

　　Collaboration and Communication

　　On a daily basis you will:

　　Insert new prices into SAP, perform pricing adjustments into the system

　　Manage Pricing Data (i.e cleaning SAP from obsolete/not active/not allowed products, reviewing Price inputs in SAP)

　　Maintain and enhance pricing systems, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient pricing execution

　　Monitor pricing-related processes in SAP, identify any issues or discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently

　　Regularly review and update pricing information in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels and platforms

　　Interpret data from SAP and other systems to provide ongoing reports

　　Analyze pricing data, including costs, margins, to make data-driven recommendations for pricing optimization

　　Ensure compliance with pricing policies, thresholds of pricing approval escalation process, legal requirements, and industry regulations

　　Monitor and enforce pricing controls and procedures to prevent pricing errors

　　Conduct periodic audits to validate pricing accuracy and address any compliance-related issues

　　Generate SAP reports for country for audit purposes

　　Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercial, Customer Ops, and IT teams to provide pricing insights

　　Communicate pricing policies, strategies, changes, and updates to stakeholders

　　Collaborate with other teams to define and implement pricing rules, guidelines, and procedures

　　Proficiency in SAP and experience working with master data

　　Experience in pricing related operations, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

　　Masters in data analytics or statistics is a plus

　　Strong written and verbal command of English

　　Russian language is an advantage

　　A natural aptitude for mathematics and statistics, ability to think analytically
