Job Description

　　* Bachelor's Degree

　　* Fluent in English and Korean with the ability to translate either language as needed

　　* 4+ years of professional working experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products (Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.)

　　* Prior experience working within an administrative role supporting Executives

　　* Experience working within Manufacturing Industry Insight Global is currently seeking an Executive Interpreter / Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity supporting the CPO during the creation of the brand-new manufacturing plant in Glendale, KY. This individual will support the CPO for all business-critical tasks that will go into sustaining a growing engineering department focused on improving quality of products and services while supporting plant expansion. It can be expected that this individual will be primarily working with the CPO and surrounding executives. Ideally, we are looking for an organized, self-driven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to join the organization to support the executive level operations throughout the plant. This Administrative Assistant will perform some of the tasks listed below:

　　* Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required for executives as needed

　　* Maintain Calendar(s)

　　* Process Travel Requests as appropriate

　　* Coordinate Materials for Business Meetings

　　* Translate notes as needed null
