  Key Account Manager

  Reporting to the key Account department manager you will maximise the sales potential of Dentsply Sirona’s Key accounts by effectively leveraging the relationships with our Universities, Hospitals, Dental Services Organisations (DSO) ensuring revenue targets met are in line or exceed Dentsply Sirona’s objectives. Promoting Dentsply Sirona as the manufacturer of choice in the following regions: North, Centre Est and East..

  You will develop regional professional networks that will enable Dentsply Sirona to deliver and support solutions-based education and research across all product categories

  Key responsibilities

  To manage the relationship with key stakeholders within Dentsply Sirona’s key accounts to meet the company sales and revenue targets.

  Manage the Key account strategy execution with universities, hospitals, Dental Services Organisations (DSO), central purchasing organisations, army, etc..

  To develop incremental product usage and increase knowledge of Dentsply Sirona’s product portfolio to ensure we are the manufacturer partner of choice.

  To utilise and demonstrate ROI of converting grant arrangements to post trial demand in the dental schools and the community dental services, and key accounts.

  To work cross functionally across the business.

  Collects market information from the key accounts as well as the competitive situation of the company;

  Manage the relationship with our dealers for key accounts business

  Applies the necessary commercial strategy in terms of the commercial approach on the direct and indirect networks

  Develops synergies between the various commercial divisions and ensures proper coordination of our duality of distribution;

  Follows the financial management of the activity and participates in the establishment of the global budget of the major accounts

  Ensures the optimization of resources within a regulatory framework

  Requirements

  Biomedical engineer or equivalent experience

  Experience in managing key Account in the dental or medical sector

  Excellent dental product and industry knowledge (preferred)

  Show initiative and drive by leveraging industry knowledge and contacts to ensure organisational objectives are met.

  Ability to generate both strategic and operational solutions to problems.

  Proven track record of success, able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field.

  Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment.

  Confident, articulate with the ability to resolve conflict.

  Demonstrated robust problem solving & decision making abilities.

  Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills

  Good synthesis analytical skills .

  Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management.

  Highly numerate & strong financial skills.

  Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM.

  Ability to use online platforms and social media

  Able to undertake regular business travel
