An Architecture and Interior Design firm in the Loop is looking to add an Architectural Designer to their team!

　　Job Description:

　　Produce full construction document sets to be put out for bid

　　Preparation of documents throughout all project phases, from preliminary design through construction documentation

　　Potential to be involved with Construction Administration phase depending on client and project timeline

　　Participate in team meetings and assist project managers with defining project work plans

　　Performs construction observation tasks including submittal review, request for information responses, field observations, and meeting minutes

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or similar degree is required

　　3+ years of post graduate experience working in an architecture firm

　　Experience in technical detailing preferred

　　Previous experience working on educational, municipal or public projects is required

　　Proficiency in Revit is required, SketchUp preferred

　　Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign graphic software preferred
