　　A growing company is seeking a highly passionate self-starter to fill the role of a skilled Office Manager, leading office operations. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations.

　　Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

　　Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls.

　　Receive, sort, and manage incoming mail and deliveries, as well as handle outgoing mail.

　　Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

　　Assist with office layout planning, office moves, and managing IT infrastructure.

　　Manage the office budget.

　　Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and implement new systems.

　　Provide additional administrative support as needed, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

　　3-5 years of office management experience

　　Strong organizational and leadership skills

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

　　Attention to detail and accuracy

　　Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

　　Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
