　　The salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year depending on experience.The Sr Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing systems that increase efficiency and optimize all phases of production processes, from design to manufacturing.The Sr Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate projects to ensure efficient use of resources to manage project timelines.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Coordinates with teams internally and externally on specific projectsReviews process design projects and ensures the efficient and safe functioning of all the related processesDesigns processes and equipment related to improving efficiencies, eliminating safety concerns and/or product/process introductionsEvaluates existing processes, suggests measures for improvement, and configures manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability, boost productivity, quality, and profitability, and develop best practices within the production process.Implements methods and process designs, creates prototypes, tests, and makes necessary modifications where required.Reviews tests on systems for efficiency and accuracy until a quality and cost-effective production process is implemented successfully.Additional duties as assigned.

　　QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

　　Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field5-8 years of progressive engineering experience requiredMust be proficient in 2D CAD. Solidworks preferredOccasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and management.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.#LI-JW1
