Job Description:Pentair has a job opportunity for you!Join us as an Administrative Assistant in our Medina, OH office.You will provide clerical and administrative support to the branch office, working closely with the management and technician team.What's in it for you?The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $17/hr.8 company paid holidays1 week of vacation to start and 2 weeks in Year 2 (vacation is accrued weekly)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceUp to 5% 401K match starting day one of employmentMore details about the opportunity:Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from our customersServe as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders for the day.Complete daily billing for branch office, ensuring all customers are charged in accordance with individual contracts.Reconcile billing from previous day against AS400 report to verify invoicing of all work.Manage expense data to ensure accuracy of weekly employee expense reports prior to submission for payment.Order parts and track shipments.Provide administrative/clerical assistance during large and small projects, including maintenance of schedules and project spreadsheets.High school diploma or equivalentExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-SuiteAbility to stay focused in a fast paced, fluid environment.Pentair is an equal opportunity EmployerDiversity and Inclusion:With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
