　　We are a leading recruiting company partnering with a dynamic organization in San Marcos, CA to find a motivated Junior Staff Accountant. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist in various accounting tasks under the guidance of senior staff.

　　Learn and utilize accounting software, including SAP, Sage, and QuickBooks.

　　Collaborate with the finance team on day-to-day operations.

　　Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

　　No prior experience needed; entry-level candidates are welcome.

　　Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of accounting.

　　Knowledge or exposure to SAP, Sage, and QuickBooks is a plus.

　　Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
