Robert Half is has partnered with an Energy Company to fulfill a Payroll Manager role in Brickell Miami Area. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Co-presenting operations with the Austin office, dividing time between onsite and remote work • Managing payroll for 250 permanent employees on a monthly basis • Handling biweekly payroll for 60 contract employees • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for payroll management • Utilizing Data Processing, Great Plains (GPAC), and Ceridian software for financial management • Administering 401k - RRSP and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Coordinating About Time and accounting functions for effective time management • Overseeing benefit functions and ensuring employee benefits are administered accurately and timely • Ensuring all payroll operations adhere to compliance standards • Managing bi-Monthly Payroll effectively and ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with Ceridian and Data Processing tools.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software.

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration.

• Ability to use About Time software.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions and Benefit Functions.

• Demonstrated experience in Compliance.

• Capable of handling bi-Monthly Payroll tasks.
