　　You are:

　　A person with university degree in the field of Law

　　Experienced in contractual work;

　　Experienced in the Intellectual Property area – would be an advantage;

　　Precise and accurate

　　Excellent logical, analytical and time-management skills

　　Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment

　　Skilled in MS Office

　　A great communicator and a team player

　　Confident in English on at least Intermediate level  

　　*With you we will: *

　　Ensure compliance

　　Execute legal review of intellectual property content

　　Conclude contracts and support contract management cycle

　　Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners and third parties solutions providers from all over the globe

　　Benchmark and prepare КРІs (Key Performance Indicators)

　　Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies
