　　HID’s Finance Share Services Center :

　　As a Finance and Accounting function, we Collaborates with HID All BAs sales team to provide direction and guidance on the risk aspects of transactions and ensure the eventual deal structure adequately to mitigate key risk concerns. We Coordinate with finance personnel and communicate proactively with other HID Global/Assa Abloy offices to change information on customer accounts.

　　As our Accountant, you’ll support HID’s success by:

　　Create and maintain suppliers (including employees) in Oracle.

　　Check, key in and match the regular AP invoices.

　　Check and audit employees’ reimbursements in Concur.

　　Process domestic payments and foreign currency payments in Oracle.

　　Prepare for intercompany cross charge.

　　Ensure AP & Treasury process comply with Group standard.

　　Schedule all the AP tasks regularly and drive to complete on schedule.

　　What we will love about your background:

　　Be familiar with AP/Expense Claim, have clear concept to VAT and Corporation Income Tax

　　Experience in handling overall accounting processing is preferred

　　Experience in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle

　　Strong hands-on experience

　　Education and/or Experience

　　College graduation and above, with accounting related major

　　At least 2 years’ accounting experience in international companies

　　Language Skills

　　Proficient in English: Read & Write

　　Computer Skills

　　Proficient in office software Excel, Word, Power-point etc
