We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Cocoa, Florida. With a focus on the insurance industry, this role involves a variety of administrative tasks and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our team, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently

• Perform data entry tasks with precision

• Assist in organizing files and managing documents

• Provide support to the team on ad hoc tasks as required

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions

• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Support the team with various tasks as needed

• Use skills in Microsoft Office effectively

Requirements

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries and complaints

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Proven track record in providing administrative assistance

• Knowledge of insurance policy administration is a plus

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
