We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in DARIEN, Connecticut. The role primarily involves ensuring smooth operation of front desk tasks in a service-oriented industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a multifaceted experience in customer service, receptionist duties, and data entry and includes weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently.

• Assisting in booking appointments

• Processing payments and fees

• Enhancing member experience through exceptional customer service.

• Taking and managing reservations

• Printing and hanging flyers

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Handling data entry tasks with precision and speed.

• Providing phone coverage during the designated hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service roles

• Previous experience performing receptionist duties

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Ability to provide comprehensive phone coverage

• Experience in booking appointments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using office technology such as computers, phones, and printers

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
