Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Junior SQL Developer to support a public utility company in the Louisville, KY area.

　　This individual will report onsite to the corporate headquarters 2-3 days out of the week. Primary responsibilities include testing applications, analyzing/offering suggestions for improvement, working with basic queries and database structures, and building test cases. They will also be troubleshooting, maintaining, and testing VBA.NET code which is synergetic with most programming languages. It is important that this individual possesses the ability to collaborate in a team-environment as they will be working with 5 others across 2 teams. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have exceptional punctuality skills, and willing to collaborate with others. They will also have great communication skills and be self-sufficient. 　　Skills and Requirements

　　2+ years of professional working knowledge of SQL

　　2 + years of professional working experience with basic queries

　　Working experience with maintaining code (MSD uses VBA.NET but any programming language is fine) Advanced proficiency in PowerBI

　　Professional working experience application testing

　　Professional experience working with asset management tools (Cascade, Maximo, IPS, WAM) null
