Manage incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries

Handle office filing and provide general administrative support

Distribute incoming mail according to company procedures

Help with overflow administrative tasks, including data entry, internet research, and word processing

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff alike

Answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing guest needs

Requirements

Requirements:

1+ years of experience handling multi-line phone systems in a hospitality environment preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Upbeat, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
