Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to enhance efficiency.

• Engage in social media marketing to promote our products and services.

• Generate digital reports to keep track of sales performance.

• Utilize Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence tasks.

• Maintain proficiency in Excel to manage and analyze data.

• Participate in CRM and ERP solutions to manage company's customer interactions and resources respectively.

• Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Carry out auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy.

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively. Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services

• Experienced in using Configure Price Quote (CPQ) software

• Demonstrated skill in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge in implementing ERP Solutions

• Proficient in using the About Time software

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to perform Billing Functions efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills

• Proficiency in using Tableau software TalentMatch®
