JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilities: - Set up and run parts inthe machines - Verification to part print of the part being run -Qualify the part during running and after completion - Set up toolingrequired for each operation - Repair breakouts and die cast toolingissues in die cast machines - Break down and complete PM\'s on units anddies as they cycle thru - Mentor apprentices throughout theirapprenticeship program - Troubleshoot all equipment out on plant floor -Hand grinding after welding is a must - Transfer information betweenshifts - Read and complete work orders - Miscellaneous duties asassigned by Supervisor ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Education / Training / Experience Required: - High school diploma orequivalent - Prior manufacturing experience preferred - Machine shopexperience preferred - Journeyman Tool and Die or Mold Maker cardrequired Minimum requirements (training, experience, education): - Mustbe able to read, write and speak English - Must be able to lift at least50 pounds - Good math skills (Geometry/Trigonometry) - Goodcommunication skills - Must be able to perform the duties of Machinistand Welder ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum:[email protected]
