　　Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Commissary Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

　　$16.00 - $19.00 / hour

　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling.

　　Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations.

　　Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary.

　　Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting.

　　Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.

　　Oversee and set up machines and equipment for the commissary.

　　Oversee the proper closing of assigned area.

　　Enforce company policies and safety regulations.

　　Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required.

　　Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required.

　　Ability to work cooperatively with others.

　　Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others.

　　Basic math skills.

　　Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Ability to follow job procedures and manager instructions.

　　Must have availability for both day and overnight shifts.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds.

　　Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.

　　Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift.

　　Ability to work in a Warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season.
