In this role, you will use Agile techniques to define and execute high-impact product releases, delivering business benefits, technical quality, and customer satisfaction. You will facilitate the design and development of stories for release and maintain a groomed backlog based on business value, cost, strategic direction, and the authentic voice of the customer. You will also work closely with business leaders, Product Management teams, and the IT team.You are the ideal candidate if you are a change agent and skilled at influencing and inspiring others. You are self-motivated and proactive and have a proven ability to collaborate well and work cross-functionally.What you'll do:Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business needs, future development priorities, and company goalsIdentify needs by interacting with the business community and vendors and by staying up to date on industry trends and best practicesEnsure backlog queue is well defined, prioritized, socialized, communicated, and recorded in an Agile toolsetWork with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete, translated into technical requirements, and the user stories are ready to codePerform business and technical analysis with subject matter experts and internal customers to refine MVP and release goalsValidate perceived needs by conducting surveys, polling, facilitating focus groups, etc.Identify new opportunities, product enhancements, and line extensionsWork with the Application team and QA to define acceptance tests for featuresMonitor progress and provide reports on product strategy and directionCollaborate with broader IT and Business teams to identify upstream, downstream, or other product-related dependenciesWhat you'll bring:8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years as a lead product owner/business analyst or a similar role in projects implementing/supportingleading CRM technology products (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc.)Experience with Partner PRM or solutioning tech systems for Partner Ecosystem and partner PRM. SaaS, Private Cloud, and Cloud experience preferred5+ years IT application development experience, preferably in Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile development methodologyGood understanding of lead-to-quote, quote-to-cash, and issue-to-resolution business; and lead generation, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and post-sales support processesDemonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomesAbility to provide guidance and direction throughout project lifecycles in a dev/ops CI/CD environmentProduct or program management experience with complex products in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologiesAbility to operate as an individual contributor as well as be able to guide a team toward an objective.Experience managing and building teams that can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, busine
