Job Description: Develop solutions needed for advanced research by utilizingcomputer hardware, cloud systems, information systems and software.Design, build, automate, secure, and enhance cloud hosted systems thatsupport data-sharing platforms, web applications, data analysisplatforms, machine learning environments, and data modeling environmentsrelated to sustainable energy technologies and markets. Work directly withproject leaders, researchers, scientists and the cloud team to helpdesign, implement and enhance cloud-based solutions for external andinternal applications or analysis environments. Provide project teams withcloud architectural and development guidance, deploy secureinfrastructure, provide appropriate least privileged access to project teammembers, help create cost estimates, work with teams on meeting theirmilestones, and provide platform, custom API or web portal support forcommon patterns and practices. Work with cloud team members on standards,well-architected framework, patterns and best practices, and provideoperational support for projects deployed to the cloud. Remote work available2 to 3 days a week reporting to HQ.

　　Job Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Management ofTechnology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study and3 years of experience in Any Computer Science occupation or related. Employerwill also accept a Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology, ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field of study and 5 years of experiencein Any Computer Science occupation or related. Must have some education orexperience in each of the following skills: Applying cloud providersolutions to science or research domains such as Amazon Web Services;Storage and serverless based services in production computing environmentincluding S3 and Lambda; Implementing cloud applications with cyber securitycontrols, least privilege, encryption, authentication, andauthorization; Cloud integration and automation using ApplicationProgramming Interfaces; and Scripting in Linux shell environments such asBash or Shell.
