This role is pivotal in ensuring the streamlined movement of materials, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and meticulous management of orders in a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing industries or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities
Material Expeditor Responsibilities:
Efficient Goods Movement:
Ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods and supplies across various categories, including R&D, Manufacturing, Packaging, Corporate, and Facilities supplies.Collaboration with Buyers:
Collaborate with Buyers on tasks related to Supplier Management and MRP.
Track orders to ensure compliance with current MRP deadlines.
Responsible for updating Purchase Orders (POs) with tracking information to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Manufacturing Schedule Management:
Manage pull-ins and push-outs according to the Manufacturing schedule.
Swiftly react to Manufacturing shortages, ensuring materials arrive as per the Production schedule.
Communication and Discrepancy Resolution:
Work closely with receiving and communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies on POs, documentation, damages, shortages, and overages.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper documentation of any supplier discrepancies, including credits against invoices.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Process and request RMAs, responsible for documenting transactions and tracking proper returns.Work Order Tracking:
Track internal work orders to completion, coordinating rework orders with suppliers, and closing the loop on POs.Order Prioritization:
Prioritize orders based on job IDs and POs to optimize workflow.Expedition of Specific Work Orders:
Expedite painted parts and kit accessories work orders per MRP requirements.The essential functions of this role include:
