In order to be considered for thisBusiness Development position, we are seeking the following basicqualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Architecture with aminimum of 8 years of experience developing and managing a technicalmarket or business development, along with selling technical engineeringservices to education facilities, including new construction, additions,renovations and repairs. Success in business development planningincluding developing strategic business plans, marketing activities,client development, presentation experience and proposal development.Technical project management experience is desired. Professionalregistration as a PE or other technical profession. Proven leadershipexperience is highly preferred. Responsibilities include: Plan and leadthe business development initiatives for GRAEF\'s Education marketsector. Develop pipeline of business opportunities throughout the U.S.Project oversight including setting priorities and developingobjectives, project financial management, as well as hands-oninvolvement in the design process.
