Job Description IT OneStream Administrator 212 W 2nd St, Winona, MN 55987 Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time IT OneStream Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration and configuration of our OneStream applications. You will be a key contributor to the implementation and on-going support of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) cloud-based application. You will work with the FP&A and IT teams to drive financial and reporting process improvements by leveraging OneStream functionality and other related technologies utilized by finance. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: oPartnering with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs, providing insight relevant for decision making o Performing OneStream application build tasks and activities (Dashboards, Transformation Rules, Workflows, Business Rule changes, Data Adapter changes, etc.) o Maintaining and enhancing application business rules, member formulas, workflows, and data integrations o Collaborating with security administration to secure metadata, user access, controls of organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, and reporting categories for the actual budget, and forecast o Evaluating and building logical views, data hierarchies, and reporting structures o Adhering to adequate change management for the implementation of OneStream o Supporting ad-hoc business requests for data extraction as needed (audits IT, Tax, Financial) and other finance technology tools impacting OneStream including supporting end-user Quick View reports and development of various reports (OneStream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) and dashboards o Providing alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality o Creating test plans, process documentation, and training materials, and performing functional testing o Supporting period close processing and data integrations, resolving mapping errors with reconciliation of data between systems o Ensuring environments are updated and stable, providing consistent performance REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: oPossess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field oPossess a minimum of 2 years of experience in systems design and implementation oPossess a minimum of 2 years of OneStream work experience oKnowledge of core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes (accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting, analytics) oPossess knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and complex scenario modeling oDetail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, and creative oExcellent written and oral communication skills oExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills oWork independently as well as in a team environment oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
