　　Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for aSurvey Technician to join ourConway, SCteam. 　　WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

　　Complete detailed survey drawings and legal descriptions.

　　Perform basic to advanced survey computations.

　　Use CAD and other surveying/engineering software in the preparation of survey drawings. Survey drawings may include: Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Certificate of Boundary Surveys, House Certificates, Certificate of Easement Surveys, As-built Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Right of Way Plats.

　　Research existing surveying/engineering records and interprets plans.

　　Process and interpret field measurements.

　　Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating office survey assignments

　　Demonstrate sound judgment and a thorough knowledge in the application of survey principles, is able to make suggestions for process improvement including quality control.

　　Assist with survey field operations as directed.

　　Travel periodically to work site and other project related locations.

　　WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience or coursework.

　　Three years of related survey experience
