The position is for a Management Reporting Lead (this is both a lead and hands-on role), and the roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Act as an SME in developing Management Reporting Solutions using SAP COPA & Margin Analysis
Analyzes business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and designs cross functional solutions to meet complex business requirements
Lead project implementation and deliver the projects within budget and timeline with good quality
Lead and guide the onsite & offshore functional analysts on design, build, test, deployment, hyper care
Connect regularly with the business team, identify user adoption pain points and provide issue resolution
Conduct product, design solution assessment, support project plan and effort estimation process, drive quarterly capacity plan
Must have:
8+ years SAP experience, including 2+ years expertise in Costing base COPA related configuration, derivation/user exit, report creation
Expertise in S4 Hana, Margin Analysis with S4 Hana hands on Implementation experience.
Expertise in the COPA, Margin Analysis integration with product costing, cost center/internal order settlement, revenue recognition in both ECC and S4 Hana environments
Thorough Knowledge of FICO integration with other SAP Modules such as: CRM, Sales and distribution (Sales, Billing, Pricing), Materials Management, Production Planning, etc.
Self-motivated and take initiative to drive deliverables, collaborate with onsite and offshore teams
Excellent Communication skills
Strongly Preferred:
Hands on knowledge of embedded analytics, core data service
User experience with Hadoop, Databricks, Tableau
SAP S4 Hana CFIN certification
Nice to Have:

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
