　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　Leads a 12-hour shift of hourly team members providing support in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and engagement through TMOS cadences and tools in a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible for the set-up of materials, equipment, machine operation and packaging of WIP and finished goods for delivery to the warehouses. Foster and promote continuous improvement and a positive work environment.

　　Communicate company policies to hourly team members and train them in standard work practices and procedures for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

　　Interpret specifications and job orders to employees and assign duties based upon work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.

　　In conjunction with HR and management, provide performance management (this includes, appraisal/performance evaluation, coaching and counseling, conflict resolution, corrective action and training programs for assigned team members.

　　Maintain Dimensions/Kronos (time keeping) for all hourly employees, and production records and accurately complete all reports as required by the Company.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Desire to learn and willingness to accept responsibility.

　　Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferably food manufacturing.

　　Previous supervisory experience desired.
