PositionOverview The Senior Director, Consumer Marketing\'s primary role is toset the vision and lead the consumer marketing, advertising andcommunications strategy specific to Cologuard. This includes leadingteams responsible for resource development to execute against thestrategy, collaborating closely with Corporate Affairs for publicrelations/earned media opportunities, driving an effective paid mediastrategy and ensuring appropriate resource allocation across channels tooptimize return on investment. This role is responsible for establishingan omnichannel marketing approach for promotion, including leading theinfrastructure build and transition to this end state. Establishing aculture of innovation and experimentation, with strong measurementtools, will be critical for success. Lastly, building a robustmulticultural strategy to expand current Cologuard adoption across keytarget segments will be a critical deliverable necessary to achievelong-term product goals. This role will be a member of the senior leadermarketing team, reporting directly to the Vice President, ScreeningMarketing. Essential Duties include but are not limited to thefollowing: Lead and develop Cologuard promotional & content strategy,inclusive of marketing/sales materials to support direct-to-consumerprospecting. Responsible for ensuring branding, creative advertising,and messaging align to strategy for Cologuard. Contribute to strategicdevelopment (alongside media planning lead), and oversees execution of,multi-channel paid media plan, and necessary content strategy, toachieve & exceed goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). This alsoincludes owned channels. Manage multiple external creative and mediaagencies to deliver against the plan and within budget.
