　　The Job:

　　The Global Operations Team is looking for an Inventory Expert with proven skills to develop process improvements in our new planning tool. With a demonstrated working knowledge of critical operational processes and systems, this individual must successfully guide teams to adopt standard processes and best practices to deliver a world-class planning process and solution. These platforms will both bring a new analytics capability and replace existing systems and processes across S&OP, Demand, Supply, and Inventory.

　　You’ll get to:

　　Liaise between Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Finance, IT and Sales Teams to ensure Process and Solution Excellence in planning

　　Work on the SAP IBP project team to Ensure Leading Practices between Demand and Supply Planning are Implemented

　　Participate in Change Management activities

　　Expedite key business decisions and specific issue resolution as needed

　　Bridge any cross-functional gaps to ensure end-to-end process integrity

　　Coordinate the participation of individuals in multiple locations and disciplines and influence employee resources to maximize results.Provide training and job aids in the new ways of working

　　The Person:

　　You also have:

　　3-5 years of related work experience in Demand and Supply Planning concepts, process, and best practices required

　　Experience in SAP systems

　　Excellent time management, critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills

　　High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence

　　Excellent oral/written communication skills, and ability to rely on experience to accomplish goals
