Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Greenville, South Carolina. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment where you will manage a large-scale account and be excited to delve into it.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Business to Business Accounts Receivable procedures

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools proficiently

• Manage Business to Business deductions process

• Handle and manage cash activities efficiently

• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools effectively

• Conduct billing functions in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain and process financial transactions through ADP - Financial Services

• Use SAP for various accounting functions

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently.

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Expertise in handling Billing Functions.

• Proven experience in Cash Activity management.

• Experience in Cash Handling.

• Proficiency in using SAP software for accounting tasks.
