Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies.

Oversee HR-related documentation, like employment contracts, recruitment requisitions, personnel files.

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

Handle workplace conflicts and conduct investigations on any issues that arise.

Requirements

Previous experience in Human Resources roles, with demonstrable progression into management level duties.

Excellent understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Solid understanding of HR software and MS Office.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
