Amentum is seeking an Information Control Coordinator (ICC) for a position on Kauai, HI . Supporting the Range Ops Department. Performs the duties/responsibilities of the Instrument Control Center (ICC). Performs Range Scheduling, Frequency Deconfliction and Instrumentation Coordination Services to ensure a conflict free Range Schedule is maintained and communicated to the support team. Provides technical support to facilitate the collection, dissemination and archiving of data in support of PMRF Range Operations and PMRF Command requirements. This position will require shift work schedule in the Range Scheduling Office.

　　Responsibilities

　　Specific assignments and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

　　Coordinates with PMRF and Range Operation departments to resolve operational conflicts.

　　Negotiates scheduling and system support changes to support the range user requirements.

　　Interfaces with Government counterparts and Amentum assets to ensure mutual awareness of operational requirements.

　　Communicates on the ICC communication panel using proper communication procedures.

　　Maintains working knowledge of operational support systems and facilities to coordinate detailed scheduling and support requirements.

　　Performs coordination duties in support of PMRF Emergency Disaster requirements.

　　Performs Radio Frequency (RF) coordination to secure interference-free and safe operational environment.

　　Direct resources as necessary in response to RFI complaints.

　　Coordinates installation/removal and code assignments for various tracking aids (radar tracking transponders/LATR) and maintains status information of all packages.

　　Prepares and submits CDRL reports as required.

　　Coordinates assignment of Marine Systems assets IAW with PMRF scheduling requests.

　　Completes post operational billing for all operations.

　　Coordinates with various POC’s as stated in the Authority to Radiate documents for T&E radars to radiate in the different modes.

　　Responsible for opening and securing the Daniel Inouye Range Operations Control Center (DIROC).

　　Performs other duties as required.

　　Additional Responsibilities

　　Work Environment: Restricted operating compartment

　　Physical elements: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling 25-50 lbs.

　　Work positions requirements: walking, standing, sitting, crawling, kneeling or cramped and work requiring repeated stooping or frequent climbing.

　　Working environment activities: Customer contact, extended workday, and office laboratory.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　BS Degree from an accredited university

　　Two years’ technical school or equivalent

　　Must currently work on existing PMRF contract to be eligible for this position.

　　Must possess the following PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

　　Preferred

　　Two years’ experience in coordination/multi-tasking environment preferred.

　　Experience with real-time coordination of range resources preferred.

　　Security Clearance

　　Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Applicants selected either must currently possess a Secret clearance or will be subject to a US Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain clearance prior to commencement of employment and maintain a security clearance for access to classified information or Closed/Restricted Areas throughout duration of employment.
