Position:                           Instructional Assistant (2nd to 5th Grade)

　　 Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent plus two years post-secondary education OR completion of 60 semester hours OR an Associate Degree OR passing of ETS Parapro Assessment with a minimum score of 460Experience planning with teaching staff and performing K-3 student interventions, working with individual and small groups.Training in and knowledge of language arts/literacy components.Previous experience working with K-3 and the MTSS/RTI process.Previous experience collaborating with staff and following a sequential intervention planDocumented participation in literacy and/or math Professional Development.
