Major responsibilities

Manage elements of specific patient accounts, such as billing and reimbursement

Band together with other effective units to uphold quality of data and consistency

Submit bills to insurance organizations and patients Requirements - Prefer 2+ years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle

Strong understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

Healthcare practice management software experience preferred

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

High school diploma or equivalent required

Deep understanding of medical collections

Medical billing experience desired

Expertise in medical claims

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
