  Targeted compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 target all-in compensation (base + uncapped commission)Compensation commensurate with experience and skill set

  What is the role and where can you add value? This is a remote position within the United States. In this inbound/outbound quota carrying position in a professional sales environment you will directly interact with prospects over the phone and through email with the goal to have them become builder members of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. In addition, the person in this role will:

  Develop and qualify leads

  Work and communicate effectively with field sales/Risk Management Specialists and other internal employees

  Collaborate with other teams within the company to execute on marketing campaigns.

  Lead management activities which include: daily, weekly follow-up, create business strategies to increase daily call volume to meet and exceed goals

  Document and track all activity with Salesforce.com

  Ability to handle warm and cold leads

  What skills and experience should you bring to this role?

  Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  Successful sales employment history with a track record of success in previous sales positions.

  Ability to sell over the phone in an inbound/outbound call center environment.

  Consultative and collaborative selling approach.

  Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications such as SalesForce.com.

  Basic experience with real estate, home building, or insurance would be ideal.

  Obtain property and casualty insurance license within 1-year of employment required .

  Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university required; or four to six years of equivalent work experience in a B2B sales environment, experience in telesales new business development a plus. Proven successful record of accomplishment of B2B sales experience in an insurance, home building and/or real estate related industry is preferred along with holding an active property and casualty insurance license. Must have a complete understanding of the sales process, as well as knowledge of tools used to enhance sales productivity. Experience in the development and execution of sales programs a plus. Must have leadership skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and provide guidance and training assistance to new and tenured employees.

  Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to speak to both tactical and strategic decision makers; ability to take a consultative approach to engaging with senior executives.

  Mathematical Skills

  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

  Reasoning AbilityApply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
