Working with an extensive client base, Aston Carter is searching for entry level customer service representatives in Troy, Michigan!
Group Interview: February 8th, 2024 Start Date: February 26th, 2024

Disqualifications: Unable to come into or work in office will exclude you.
A Day in the Role:
• This person will be responsible for handling 25 min. outbound calls.
Will receive questions from customers and clients regarding damages to their homes, cars, etc..
The Call Center Agent must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document claims, photos, etc.
Problem solving and problem resolution skills are required.
Requirements:
• Must have 6 months to 1+ year of customer service or call center (Office experience is a plus!) NO HOUSEKEEPING, HOME HEALTH, OR MANUFACTURING at this time.
• Complete Virtual Interview Screening with Recruiter (MUST)
• Must have at least a high school diploma
• Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency
• Problem solver/ de-escalation handler
• Able to multitask and prioritize when it comes to multiple complex projects or queues
