If you want an exciting career where you use your expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesOversee hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of employees within Clinical Data Coding, including direct management of a team;Provide strategic input as well as oversee the development of accurate coding of medical terms and medications using industry-wide standards;Coordinate the assignment of appropriate dictionaries for meeting study requirements; andDevelop and maintain coding guidelinesQualificationsBSN with 6-8 years of applicable experience preferred; Bachelor's in Life Science with Data Management experience accepted;Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries preferred; andExperience working with clinical trials or within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
