We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a well-known and reputable company int he Construction industry. As a Construction Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing weekly payroll for up to 150+ employees. Your primary role will include in house payroll processing, administering payments, undertaking union reporting, and handling employee verification. Prior experience in the construction industry is highly favored. This is a contract to permanent opportunity located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Payroll Administrators with high attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced and high-volume setting and strong customer service experience should apply today.

Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently performing weekly payroll for up to 150 employees

Cutting checks and organizing ACH payments

Conducting union reporting and ensuring timely preparation of reports

Reviewing, correcting, and entering timesheets into the payroll system for both union and non-union employees

Processing certified payroll on a monthly basis

Assisting HR with employee verification processes

Offering support to employees on payroll-related matters

Cultivating a high level of customer service and maintaining a keen attention to detail

The Payroll Administrator would preferably have a background in the construction industry, alongside solid experience in customer service and Union Payroll.
